By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pare suggests recipes based on your preferences, available ingredients, and mood. The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized recipes. Recipes are informational only and are not medical or dietary advice.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, circumvent its usage limits, access the service through automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content (search terms, preferences) you submit.
Recipes generated by AI may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. You assume sole responsibility for any decisions made based on AI output, including dietary suitability and food allergies. Always verify ingredients against your dietary needs.
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Appcern. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Apps obtained from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of recipes or other content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may transfer these Terms and the App to a successor operator, such as a company established to run the App.

Pare; tercihlerinize, mevcut malzemelerinize ve ruh halinize göre tarif önerir. Uygulama, kişiselleştirilmiş tarifler oluşturmak için Google Gemini AI kullanır. Tarifler yalnızca bilgi amaçlıdır; tıbbi veya diyet tavsiyesi yerine geçmez.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kullanım limitlerini aşmaya çalışmamayı, hizmete otomatik araçlarla erişmemeyi veya Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Gönderdiğiniz içerikten (arama terimleri, tercihler) siz sorumlusunuz.
Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen tarifler hata içerebilir veya uygunsuz öneriler sunabilir. AI çıktısına dayanarak verdiğiniz kararların (diyet uygunluğu, gıda alerjileri vb.) tüm sorumluluğu size aittir. Malzemeleri her zaman beslenme ihtiyaçlarınıza göre kontrol edin.
Uygulama, tasarımı, kodu ve markası Appcern'e aittir. Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
Apple App Store üzerinden edinilen uygulamalar, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi kapsamında lisanslanır: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Bu Koşullar, söz konusu sözleşmeye ek olarak uygulanır.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, hiçbir garanti verilmez. Tariflerin veya diğer içeriklerin doğruluğu, uygunluğu veya kullanılabilirliği garanti edilmez.
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Appcern; Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşulları ve Uygulamayı, Uygulamayı işletmek üzere kurulacak bir şirket gibi halef bir işletmeciye devredebiliriz.
